Regardless of whether the homicide was recent or some time has passed, the memory of our beloved Angel always remains with us. Some of these Angel cases are still open, while others may be cold, pending or closed. Nevertheless, the pain and grief that each family goes through is the same. JaQuan was the eldest of four siblings. He had a great sense of humor and was very protective of his family. JaQuan had a keen interest in sports, especially basketball, which he loved. However, his life was unexpectedly cut short while celebrating his 21st birthday in California. He was a huge prankster and will be dearly missed by his loved ones.

Derion, also known as welookin4slim, was a loving father, brother, nephew, and grandson. He loved music and his mother, whom he affectionately called "his Tlady." Ebonie, his mother, misses him dearly. The void that has been placed upon his family is tremendous!

Tommie was a gifted comedian who tragically passed away after a fight. He is survived by his mother, stepfather, biological father, three sisters, and four children. Tommie was a momma's boy with a strong faith in the Lord. He is deeply missed by all who knew him.

CJ was the only son of Annette Malone and Charles Miller Sr. He was very close to his family, and his four children were the most important thing in his life. CJ had an unbreakable bond with his mother and was his sister's protector. He shared his life with his fiancée, Yatazha Sims. CJ was great at football and excelled in school. He had a tight-knit group of friends who were like brothers to him, and he was known as "Hamilton Bharles

Samuel Salazar was the fourth child in a blended family of seven siblings. He had recently graduated from high school and was only two weeks away from turning 18 when he tragically lost his life. Samuel had a unique and wacky sense of humor, which made everyday life light and fun. He was a carefree spirit who embraced imperfection and, most importantly, loved to fish.

Anthony Better known as Yogi was the only son born to Arlene Turner. He was murdered in his own front living room. His senseless murder has left a huge void in his mother and siblings hearts. Everyone that came in contact with Yogi loved him and his smile lit up any room he entered!

Jr. was an only child who shared a close bond with his mother. They were best friends. Sadly, he passed away at the young age of 26 in his own home. He is survived by his children, who will carry on his legacy. Jr. is deeply missed by his family and friends.

"Mikel", affectionately known as "Kell", was just 15 years old when he lost his life in the Singing Hills neighborhood. Kell was full of life and a joy to be around. He had so much potential and so many dreams yet to be fulfilled. His family and friends miss him dearly.

Aaija passed away shortly after celebrating her 18th birthday. She was the eldest of two children and had a close relationship with her mother and younger brother. Aaija had a charming personality and could brighten up any room with her presence. Her family and friends deeply mourn her loss.

Zacc was the eldest among his siblings. At the tender age of 17, he alongside his best friend Greg lost his life. Zacc was about to start his senior year at Lincoln High School. He was a charismatic individual, and his family and friends continue to keep his name alive.

Greg alongside his best friend Zacchaeus lost his life at age 17 outside his mother's home. Greg was about to start his senior year at Lincoln High School and was known as the cool kid for his humor and loving personality. Though he's gone, his memory lives on through family and friends.

Muhlaysia Booker was a transgender woman who was known for her vivacious personality and her courage. Despite the challenges she faced, she maintained a sense of humor that endeared her to many. Her passing was a great loss, but her legacy lives on through her loving family and friends.

DeRoyal was 19 years old when he passed away. He was the eldest among his siblings and greatly supported his mother. He had an amiable personality and could brighten up any room with his presence. Although he is no longer with us, his memory continues to live on through his mother, siblings, and other family members and friends.

Shavon was kidnapped and murdered at the young age of 13 years old. Her life being taken this young has affected this family in unbelievable ways. Shavon was full of life and her story sent shock waves through the City of Dallas, reminding us of the fragility of life and the importance of cherishing every moment. Her vivaciousness was infectious, and we can honor her memory by living our lives to the fullest.

"LD" was murdered on his graduation night at the age of 18. As the eldest among his siblings, he exhibited a passion for sports and had an infectious personality that brightened any room he entered. His loss is deeply felt by all who knew him. LD's lasting legacy is a testament to the significant impact he made on his high school community.

Phillip Taylor, known as "Booda," was a beloved and charismatic man who tragically lost his life alongside his brother-in-law. Booda was Shirley Carter's only son and leaves behind five children.
